“We love this place and stay as often as we can here! We visit this condo complex for so many reasons. Pet friendly is our first priority and the opportunity to walk our poodle every day on the path in front of complex is appreciated. On the beach one day we overheard a couple of women talking and one said how impressed she was with this complex. “This was our first holiday to stay in one place for a whole week and what a great place to do it!! From our balcony we had a view of the Gulf, a view of the Avalon Boulevard, and a view of nice homes -- instead of staring into another condo building or just the Gulf. Our condo was roomy, very nice kitchen (fully equipped with everything we needed), great bedrooms with modern bathrooms, and easy access to elevator and crossover to beach entrance. We all enjoyed the pool also. And we met friendly people at the condo and many had stayed here several times. This was our first but we hope it's not our last. Beach was our main reason for being here but the restaurants and shopping were also great.” -Ed M.
“This condo was great for our needs. We had three families stay here, about 9 people. We each enjoyed everything about the condo, its amenities and more. It exceeded our expectations and would couldn't be happier with the location to the beach. Shopping was super close, beach was down the street, and anything else you are looking to do in Destin was put on an agenda written by the wonderful owner of the condo. Karen was amazing to deal with and if we had any questions or concerns she answered them quickly. Thanks again for the stay, we will be looking back at this location next year!!!” -Kendi D.
“This property is well priced with some great thought to what makes your stay easier! No keys needed during your stay. Pre-purchased umbrellas and chairs. the staff at the beach was really great and very attentive to the members needs. Maintenance was very quick to resolve a small issue that occurred while we were there and lastly the prearrival paperwork they send was very helpful and made our arrival quite effortless...
